Make phone calls as instructed, using scripts and guides provided. Have positive conversations with alumni. Write thank you notes for gifts to the university. Maintain confidentiality with regard to all university records.
Enthusiastic, outgoing students who enjoy talking about Capital! Excellent oral and written communication skills. Positive attitude about the university. General knowledge of past and current university events.
