Pillar 02 of 05

People

Student-Centered. Relationship-Rich.
Mission-Driven.

We will foster a culture where students, faculty, staff, and alumni are known, valued, and supported. Capital will be a place of connection and growth, fostering learning, mentoring, leadership, and listening, where we invest in the capacity, development, and well-being of all who comprise the CapFam.

Strategic goals

Four goals driving this pillar.
